Acceptance of Usage Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1123 platform on this site, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 1123’s services.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered full acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page regularly. The 1123 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is allowed to create only one account on the 1123 platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and current information. Any false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details.

If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without permission, you must contact 1123 customer support immediately at [email protected]. 1123 is not liable for any losses resulting from users failing to safeguard their login details.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users agree not to use the 1123 platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Specifically prohibited behaviors include:

  • Opening multiple accounts or registering using another person’s identity.
  • Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform’s system.
  • Committing payment fraud, abusing promotions, or circumventing rollover rules.
  • Sharing accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Disrupting or attempting to damage the 1123 platform infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, and 1123 reserves the right to withhold balances related to suspected fraudulent activities pending investigation.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1123 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account name used for deposits and withdrawals matches the name registered on their 1123 account. Name mismatches may cause processing delays or transaction rejections.

123 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers. Deposit processing times depend on the chosen payment method, with DuitNow and GrabPay usually completing within 1–5 minutes, whereas internet bank transfers take 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable promotional rollover requirements. 1123 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals deemed unusual or high-risk based on internal platform assessments.

Liability Limits and Account Policies

The 1123 platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1123 makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous service availability, odds accuracy, or platform uptime at all times.

123 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by users from using or inability to use the platform, including technical interruptions, system errors, or third-party actions.

123 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under circumstances such as suspected fraud or attempted fraud, violation of usage terms, suspicious activities related to money laundering, or upon request from relevant authorities. In valid account closures, balances unrelated to disputed activity will be returned to users following the prescribed process.

Users who disagree with any account-related decisions may submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days from the decision date.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Term Changes

All content on the 1123 platform—including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code—is the exclusive property of 1123. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 1123.

The 1123 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 1123 has no control over the content or privacy policies of these third-party sites and is not responsible for any content, advertisements, products, or services found there.

123 reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
